Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Program (MBSR)

8- week program for mothers

When you decide you want to follow the mindfulness course we will have a 1 on 1 intake to discuss the course and answer any remaining questions you may have.

The Mindfulness course is an 8-week course with weekly classes of 2,5 hours. All participants are asked to commit to 30 minutes of daily practice 6 days a week for the full length of the course. There is also an all-day session planned to deepen your practice. The more you practice the more you will gain from the course!

Please arrive 15 minutes early so we can start on time.
